Responsibilities

• Work on developing business for various branded European furniture, lighting and Mosa Tiles
• Build strong business relationships with specifiers,  namely developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality players and contractors, by providing an excellent personal service and becoming a preferred supplier
• Making initial contact and visits to present company's products
• Liaise with contractors on site and to deal with technical issues and complaints
• To sell company's products by securing specifications from architects, designers and other specifiers, included preparation of presentation, quotation & project order follow up with customers
• Presenting and clearly communicating product features to clients
• Develop and explore new business opportunities to achieve sales growth objective
• Develop the company’s image as a brand leader of premium design and quality led architectural ceramics
• Forecast and analyse markets trends in the furniture and tile market

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 2-3 years solid sales experience
• Experience in selling furniture, construction and building material
• Good Relationship with Property Developers, Architects, Designers & Contractors is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic, objective focused and good problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Professional with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, non-Chinese speaker will also be considered
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
• Immediate availability preferred
