Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on Sports business line
  • Report to General Manager, responsible for building a high level retail team and motivate the retail team towards achievement of sales target & company KPI
  • Oversee daily stores operations, inventory control and overall shopping experience to achieve optimum operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for annual budget planning and monthly sales forecast
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the goal with good working attitude and team spirit
  • Review and prepare business management reporting to reflect the sales performance with recommendations
  • Identify business opportunities and grow the market share
  • Cooperate with merchandising department to ensure sufficient products at store level
  • Deliver high standard VIP shopping experience

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 8-10 years retail operations experience in retail is an advantage
  • An in-depth knowledge of retail store operations with strong business acumen
  • Identify business risk and opportunity, ability to think strategically at a high level, define and lead the implementation of plans to meet resulting identified needs
  • Strong leadership, able to work with people with different levels and good at influence and collaboration
  • Self starter who thrives on a fast placed entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experienced in working with the landlords of shopping mall
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
