Our client is listed financial institution in Hong Kong, they are looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team and develop sales strategies that align with company targets.
• Identify and develop the new business opportunities
• Drive changes to improve sales deliveries, operational efficiency and client experiences.
• Ensure all the workflow and operational process complies with regulations and compliance
• Perform ad hoc projects if necessary 

Requirements:

• Sales team leader in financial institutions with experience of leading front-line sales in brokerage business
• Degree holder with minimum 8 year of sales experience in financial industry
• Holder of SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership skill, relationship management and communication skills
• Expert Product knowledge in Securities & Commodities
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
