• Reporting to Brand Director, formulate product and product development strategy in line with brand requirements and communicate with production team
• Work closely with Marketing and Technical team for design, development and production
• Analyzes markets, competitors and fashion trends for product planning and development
• Analyzes sales data, consumer behavior and prepare product development brief
• Ensure efficient and profitable management of the product development process including supplier liaison, price negotiation, innovating packaging, cost management
• To coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely execution and completion of projects
• Work together with technical team in watch design, sample production, unit price negotiation, on-time delivery and ensure Company standards are met

We are looking for

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in product development, preferably in watch production or supply
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Product Development Manager
• Strong fashion sense, high sensitivity to market trends and consumer behavior in Asia
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with a hands on approach
• Passionate and energetic
• Proactive, mature, independent, self-motivated, responsible and good communication skills
• Ability to work under a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proficiency in MS Word (including Chinese Input), Excel, and PowerPoint, and SAP/ERP experience is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
