Requirements

• Degree / Associate holder in Hospitality or related disciplines
• 3 years or above experience in customer relations support
• Experience in hospitality, luxurious clubhouse or retail background
• Confident, task-oriented, presentable with good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication of both English and Mandarin
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Office application
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to premium members and VIP guests
• Follow up appropriately on guests’ requests and complaints with relevant parties
• Establish & maintain relationship with guests to delight and gain customer loyalty
• Assist in preparing performance reports and ad hoc duties as assigned
