Our client produced a line of character merchandise around gift-giving occasions. They have offices globally and are now looking to hire a Licensing Manager / Licensing Officer for HK.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the whole process of licensing projects, from approval, launch to formulate sales strategies
• Build and maintain a strong licensees’ network for consumer products and promotions source and negotiate with potential new licensees in order to achieve sales targets
• Work with legal team to finalize agreement signing, handle counterfeit and trademark registration issues
• Develop strategic recommendations and implement licensing plans with licensees throughout Southeast Asia regions to achieve KPI (Revenue and profit targets)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Licensing Manager: Minimum 6 years of sales or marketing experiences in FMCG industry, preferably with licensing experiences in character
• Licensing Officer: Minimum 3 years work experience in character licensing business
• Travel to SEA markets is required
• Good command of written and spoken English
