A leading FinTech firm, specializing in cross border payment, is looking to hire a Business Development Lead for its expanding team, to drive the growth within the import and export trade industry.

This role would require the person to be responsible for overall user growth, and to bring more business onto the platform.

Your role includes oversee and grow the affiliate program with a focus on the import and export trade industry, and to onboard new affiliate and channel partners at scale

This will be a very entrepreneurial role in which you would be able to develop your own field marketing and sponsorship strategy, and to identify new market segments and opportunities to grow. 

Skills & requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in BD in the import and export trade industry
• Experience in B2B business development, especially through channel partners
• Strong understanding of local trading networks and business associations, and well connected with relevant players
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Passion in FinTech and entrepreneurship
