Job Description

Multiple opening in different levels; more experienced Candidate will consider as higher position; Both inbound & outbound team hiring ; Stable and Work life Balance environment

Responsibilities:

Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines & emails
Provide outbound service support through clients’ loyalty programs
Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-ups
Handle projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

College graduate or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in call centre / customer service environment
Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must
Customer oriented with good interpersonal skill
Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
IIQE 4 ; HKSI 1,7,8 is required
