Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage individual store daily operation
• To lead & motivate shop sales to achieve sales target
• Provide excellent customer service and comply with company’s service standard
• 6-day work with 9 hours per day (including lunch hour)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail / FMCG industry
• Experience in selling wine, food & beverage would be an advantage  
• Good leadership , self-motivated, proactive, sales driven and customer service-oriented
• Fluent in spoken English and Putonghua preferably
• Training will be provided
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
