The Planner is responsible to deliver or exceed assigned category business objective by aligning OTB to the assortment and range plan.

Responsibilities: 

• Secure top 20 products based on sales & receipts               
  
• Closely monitor top 20 products lifecycle                 
  
• Ensure a good mix of tests, stars, cash cows in the assortment      
  
• Prepare sales analysis on weekly, monthly, block, seasonal basis; make recommendation and actions
  
• Constant sales forecasting
  
• Monitor regularly on bought vs OTB, mark-up, markdown, average price, average quantity/ article etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Fashion/ Textile/ Clothing or equivalent
  
• At least 3 years experiences in planning and allocation or related retail experience
• Knowledge of retail product lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and attention to details with intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work with multiple allocation systems
• Passionate, open-minded, intellectually curious
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
