Responsibilities

• Develop new business in targeted regional area (Hong Kong, Great Bay, South China cities) in alignment with strategic goals of Sales department
• To manage the business sales of SMT Equipment to meet annual sales target
• Develop, maintain and improve relationship with HK, Multi-National Customers and Local customers in specified territories
• Promote and follow up Surface Mounter Equipment with existing and potential customers in electronics industries
• Conduct customer visit regularly, collect customer feedback, proactively follow up with potential customers
• Collect market information (Including competitors and different industries at various regional) and prepare internal market analysis report;
• Setup and supervise team members to meet sales target
• Daily trip to Shenzhen is required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree with Science, Electronics or Engineering preferrable;
• 5+ years working experience with 3+ years in electronics industry
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in both  spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua) and English
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team with a pro-active, self-motivated and responsible manner
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Superior negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence business partners and peers in critical situations to obtain consensus
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and eager to get new business
• Problem solving skill, Teamwork and motivational skills, and analytical skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at different levels
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule
• Less experience will be considered as Business Engineer
