• Identify potential customers to develop business
• Monitor results/progress of business development
• Handle ad hoc duties
• Data Analysis and strategy development 

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers to develop business opportunities
• Compile target customers list in close cooperation with other managers
• Monitor results/progress of business development on a regular basis
• Interact with Pricing and Operation teams to secure new business
• Qualify potential sales leads and conduct regular sales visit
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by the management
• To assist in the planning and organizing of Marketing events 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
• Sales experience in freight forward ingare highly preferred
• Good knowledge of North America, Europe and Intra Asia ocean freight market
• Customer oriented with ability to establish strong relationship and interact effectively with customers
• Proactive, aggressive and result oriented
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• More experienced will be considered as Business Development Manager
