Responsibility

• Assist sales team in achieving annual revenue target
• Manage device implant, follow-ups and trouble shootings
• Provide in hospital clinical and technical supports
• Work with sales team to promote products through product demonstration and trial surgery
• Service existing and new customers by providing technical support during implants and follow-ups.
• Facilitate technology adoption of our product of key customers
• Support sales team’s account strategies through regular contact with key customers.
• Assist sales team in gathering market intelligence on customers and competitor activity and communicate to sales team
• Assist sales team in the event trade-shows, seminars and training sessions.
• Work with sales team to accomplish proper inventory control and logistic issue
• Prepare quotation, tender and other paper work for customer(s)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Science / Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Medical is required
• At least 2 year of working experience in providing technical support in surgical devices in hospital/clinic Skills
• Experience in operating room and familiar with general surgery
• Applicants with sales experience are welcome to apply
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• With global perspective, independent, and proactive in driving business initiatives
• Confidence, responsible and has ability to work with others to accomplish team objectives
• A good team player with team spirit is essential
• Highly motivated and positive with “can do “attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (written or verbal)
• Willing to work out of normal office hour and surgery support
• Occasional travel may be required
