Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of Sales of the Business among both Hong Kong and regional based clients.
• Leading the Hong Kong business unit. Provide strong leadership for sales teams to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and related key performance indicators.
• Pro-actively identify new commercial opportunities based on understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape, analysis and leveraging market research.
• Nurture the business team to close leads based on key opportunities identified.
• Develop new opportunities, particularly in relation to media solutions on digital and engagement products for pharmaceutical clients.
• Prepare Monthly/Weekly sales performance reports to forecast revenue growth and business opportunities.
• Regularly monitor sales forecasts and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue.
• Effectively develop internal sales capability by providing strong mentorship, skill training and on-the-job guidance, and help develop talents within the organization.

Requirements

• At least 8 years’ sales leadership role in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/ medical device or media industry
• Sales-oriented with a proven sales track record, preferably in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ medical device or media industry
• Experience leading key client accounts servicing of pharmaceutical firms in relation to digital strategy and medical communications projects
• Experience leading and managing a team of account/business/sales professionals
• A recognised bachelor’s degree; preferably in Health-Sciences or Business Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results-oriented.
