Our client is a global leading luxury fashion group and is currently looking for talent to join their retail operations team.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to the Retail Director
• Manage all HK and Macau stores operations
• Monitor sales performance and stock level
• Prepare sales report and provide analysis
• Assist to process special sales happen outside of the store
• Work closely with frontline team on operations matters and materials order
• Assist Store Managers with customer inquiries
• Responsible for the coordination of store maintenance
• Any ad hoc operations matters
• Office-based role

Requirements

• FRESH GRADUATE welcome
• Experience in luxury retail with relevant experience will be a plus
• good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office
