Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing entire daily operations of both MUJI Tea and MUJI Rice counters and providing quality tea tasting experience to customers
• Monitor tea tasting, tea & rice packing procedures and quality control in order to ensure in good quality and minimize wastage
• Lead the team to achieve company's objectives, sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiencies through different kinds of store promotions and events
• Supervise the team to handle customer enquiries, comments and complaints in a professional customer service manner
• Uplift the service standard to meet with the company's standard through on-going MSP review and improvement, service skills training and effective execution of service policies
• Manage and monitor the in-store visual merchandising, inventories, assets and cost control in daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare various sales reports, forecasts and analyses for management review
• Ensure housekeeping and work safety are in line with the company's standard
• Handle staff management duties including roster planning and arrangement, staff training and performance review
• Work closely with different internal departments in a timely and effective communication manner
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• 5 years relevant work experience in retail or service industry, in which at least 2 years in supervisory level
• With experience in tea selling or as Tea Barista is preferred
• Energetic and outgoing personality with passion in retail industry
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Good planning skill, well organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
• Shift duty is required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Store Supervisor
