ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be a key member of Goxip’s fastest growing business unit. You will have an opportunity to shape and define the commercial strategy and lead our influencer marketing proposition by identifying and signing top fashion and beauty partners, working with them on relevant digital strategies leveraging on Goxip’s tools and services and executing agreed plans.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a self-starter, obsessed with results and passionate about growth. You’ll need to be motivated by working towards and exceeding challenging targets. You’ll need to be able to navigate external stakeholders and communicate the vision in clear and engaging terms to unfamiliar merchants. You have a passion for fashion and beauty and are highly organised, results-driven and hard working.

YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Using your existing knowledge of the market, identify local merchants from the listed fields
  • Leveraging your extensive network, pitch Goxip range of services to the right teams (typically Ecommerce or PR teams) at the top merchants and sign them to our platform
  • Own and develop merchant relationships, understanding their goals, strategies and expectations to ensure alignment at all times
  • Act as the point of contact for the merchant; answering queries and helping them to understand their opportunities and performance on the platform
  • Work with the internal stakeholders, especially the rewardsnap and media teams to identify and pitch the right opportunities for your merchants, understanding their desired outcomes and KPIs
  • Execute campaigns for your merchants acting as the middle man between merchant and influencer
  • Track and report on performance against merchant acquisition targets
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise and improve results for your merchants

ABOUT YOU:

  • Degree from a top international university
  • Excellent written and verbal command of English and Cantonese (another language a plus)
  • You have commercial experience with a track record in business development – you will be considered for an executive, associate or associate manager role depending on experience
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills – solid experience in pitching a plus, strong PowerPoint / slides skills
  • Experience in a start-up environment and/or fashion / beauty / hospitality / travel / F&B industry a plus
