Job Description

Our client, a Scent Technology Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales Director (B2B Sales & Distributors Management)

Job Descriptions:

Build and Develop sales / distribution team which effectively cover target markets in APAC area (exclude Greater China)
Provide Strategic Sales Directions, Leadership and Motivation to APAC sales team
Identify, Build Up and Management Distributors Team to achieve sales targets
Coach, Monitor Performance and Conduct career development to team members
Work closely with different internal teams to enhance sales process & improve attrition rate

Requirements:

Excellent of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
Bachelor Degree or above
Around 10 years’ experience in B2B sales environment with at least 5 years in management level
Strong experience in Sales Team Leadership & Distributors Management
Proficient PC skills
Result oriented, Presentable, Energetic and Out-going personality
