Responsibilities: 

• As senior recruitment partner to develop recruitment business in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area
• Build pipeline for recruitment businesses for cross border search, local search, or global search
  
• Acquire new corporate clients from different industries, such as banking & finance, hospitality, luxury goods, technology, education, NGO, conglomerates, global companies, etc.
  
• Set annual search targets and achieve successful deals
  
• Lead the delivery of the search assignments for different functions and different industries
• Manage the client relationship and build client network for acquiring on-going businesses
• Co-ordinate all parties for ensuring the delivery of retained or contingent search smoothly.
  
• Build and manage the client portfolio
  

Requirements:

• University Degree in BA or Marketing or equivalent
  
• Have good connection with Corporate Clients in any industries
• Can communicate well with senior management to acquire businesses
• Able to build pipeline and manage a business portfolio in Hong Kong and China
  
• Experience in deliver the retained or contingent search assignments
  
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (can speak fluent Mandarin)
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Can work as Full time / Part-time / Freelance Recruitment Consultants
