Job Description

Our Client is the Hong Kong Branch of an international Life insurance company. They are inviting a high caliber expert to join their dynamic team.

 

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Act as a complaint officer to handle complaint investigation and deal with complainant directly for discussion and resolution  
  • Handle projects such as phone system enhancement, new initiatives for enhancement of customer experience and internal process enhancement etc.
  • Oversee the hotline operations with assistance in the enquiry support when necessary
  • Offer one-stop services and solution to customers in professional manner
  • Handle and follow up cases escalated by teammates
  • Review procedure and assist in implementation of enhancement for process efficiency and service quality
  • Support ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • Post-secondary or above, University graduate is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years solid experience in one or more disciplines in Life Administration, Customer Service, Underwriting or Policy Administration
  • Qualification of IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a must and with IIQE Paper 5 is preferred
  • Completion of LOMA 280 & 290 and designation of ACS preferred
  • Customer-centric, a good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
