職責:
- 負責管理店舖之日常營運、庫存、成本控制及手調配
- 帶領店舖團隊有效提升顧客服務質素
- 持續評估店舖環境和業務指標，鼓勵及指導團隊達到營運指標
職位要求:
- 中學畢業或以上程度；至少5年超市/食品零售行業管理經驗；
- 曾從事超市 /新鮮食品行業者優先考慮；
- 良好的溝通能力，有工作熱誠，領導能力
- 具良好市場觸覺及了解顧客需要
