Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist for new client implementation
- Analyze the client data of employee share plan and communicate with clients to confirm their requirements for ESOP
- Prepare relevant documents for ESOP business and daily operation
- Comply the policies and procedures of ESOP business to ensure the ESOP business is well coordinated and the daily operation is smooth
- Respond clients enquires, and
- Communicate with other departments for ESOP business related matters.
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Holder of SFC’s licence for Regulated Activity – Type 1,
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field,
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (preferable in ESOP business)
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills,
- Exceptional customer service skills,
- Hard-working, effective communication skills and a good team player.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications,
- Excellent in spoken and written Chinese and English are essential, fluency in Mandarin is a must.
