Responsibilities:

• Analyze the latest financial technology development information in the market, propose research requirements, and support regional business development plan
• Develop e-channel strategies based on business needs and market conditions of Southeast Asian entities
• Collect business needs from segment and product managers and promote non-branch channel development (eg  contact center/financial technology)
• Define business models from the perspectives of business benefits, customer experience and scenario applications
• Implement the governance system and business development plan as required by local regulators and regional headquarters.6. Coordinate internal resources and set up project team to develop, organize, implement and monitor project plans

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5 years or more experience in product management/e-channel development in banking/financial technology companies
• Sound knowledge in personal business development, customer experience and e-channel management
• Proficient skills in formulating development plans and implementation
• Ability to co-ordinate cross-department projects and communication
• Solid understanding in financial products, experience in operational efficiency and customer service;
• Understanding in Southeast Asia market or regional project management experience in the Asia Pacific is preferred;
• Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English and Mandarin
