Job description

1. Following up HK business service for clients

2. Conducting relevant training on HK business service and customer service functions

3. Establishing clients review system, reporting current schedule to client regularly and sharing the current information of immigration with clients promptly

4. Developing and nurturing positive relationships with customers, resolve customer complaints.

5. Identifying and developing new business opportunities relating to your existing client.

6. Responsible for updating customer information database and maintaining an accurate and current database

7. General reporting and administrative duties

8. Maintaining co-work and communication with other department and

9. Offering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction

10. Finding out and tackle with the issue in work

11. Confidentiality in handling all clients’ files and documents

About you :

1. College degree or above

2. Good reading skill in English, Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese

3. Knowledge in HK livelihood resource will be an advantage

4. Excellent customer service ability and awareness of sales,

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel、Word,、PowerPoint

6. Fresh graduates are accepted；Applicants with related work experience are preferred
