Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new market and develop new customer for the UC (unified communications), A2P, SMS services in particular conferencing solutions
• Achieve sales targets and KPI assigned by team head
• Secure business opportunities from prospective customers
• Establish close and trustful relationships with all customers and vendors, able to build customer loyalty to our service
• Promote and enhance company image by demonstrating sustainable professionalism on works
• Support Enterprise team to resell the UC (unified communications) and SMS service as a consultant and pre-sales role
• Cooperate with internal teams and external vendors to provide full solution for end customer
• Take imitative to improve UC (unified communications) and SMS service product and workflow
• Keep exploring new application in UC and proactively feedback to our product team

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Telecom or Business Management or Economy
• At least 1-2 year of experience in telecom industry
• Knowledge in both bilateral deals, hubbing wholesales and LCR arrangement of voice preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required
• Able to multi-task and work under intense deadlines
• Good organization and communication skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasionally travel is needed
