Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer quotation tailored to various technical products and solutions
• Liaise with sales managers and customers to facilitate the quotation process and product delivery
• Manage supplier sourcing, vendor profile and performance to ensure effective supply chain
• Work closely with regional carriers to maintain effectiveness of IP, MPLS, IPLC, IEPL and IDC product offering
• Process RFP compiling with internal standard and conduct necessary price negotiation with customers and suppliers to enhance profit margin
• Prepare business intelligence reports include but not limited to sourcing, market pricing and vendor performance

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in telecommunication industry
• Sound knowledge in profit margin and underlying cost analyses
• Excellent in communication, problem solving and negotiation
• Customer-oriented, team player and self-initiator
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Pricing Assistant; fresh graduates are welcomed
