Requirements

• University / Higher Diploma holder
• 3-5 years relevant working experience in retail sales operation
• Prior exposure in serving prestigious retail brands is preferable
• Experience in hospitality background will also be considered
• Pleasant personality, customer-focused and good fashion sense
• Good communication of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operation and maintain the highest standard & store image
• Provide professional styling services and new collections to privilege customers
• Demonstrate high level of sales proficiency to maintain top notch sales transactions
• Analyze customer preference and personalize client interactions to build close relationship
• Assist store manager to prepare sales report, product feedback and customer database
