The job holder will be groomed and developed to be a future leader through the extensive on-the-job training and coaching with hands-on exposure to our apparel retail business.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Manager in Supply Chain and Operations for day to day business operations
• Assist to plan and implement projects in the areas of business development, evaluation of potential business opportunities for the growing our brands
• Evaluate and execute feasible marketing related initiatives to identify right marketing strategies for our brands
• Derive insights from data analysis and deliver proposal for measurable initiatives
• Work closely with functional leaders for proposals and implementation of operation efficiency and process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
• 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in business development
• Self-starter with detail minded and cost conscious individual; confidence in strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making
• Be a good team player and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Based in Hong Kong with occasional travel to PRC

We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
