Responsibilities:

• Manage sales channels to drive sales and achieve business target
• Conduct training and briefing to the sales force to enhance their investment and product knowledge and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Participate in joint-call sales activities on request and need basis
• Assist in producing marketing and presentation materials to ensure the sales pitches are well articulated and the products are effectively marketed
• Handle enquiries and analyze their enquiries to identify gaps in trainings and product offerings
• Review current sales process and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance sales quality and customer experience
• Understand the industry development and translate into business opportunity
• Perform ah-hoc assignments and projects if necessary

 Requirements:

• University degree in Finance and Economics, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in asset management or banking industry, with good knowledge of investment products in particular SFC authorized funds
• Holder of SFC Type 1 license, Type 4 and 9 will be an advantage
• Professional qualification of CFA, CFP will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Meticulous, self-motivated and strong drive to succeed and ability to work independent as well as being a good team player
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
