Job Duties

 - Handle incoming and outgoing document

- Prepare account opening document and handle customer enquiries

- Provide administrative and clerical duties support to team, e.g. data entry, documents

  filing, quotation, etc.

- Develop strong relationship with customer to enhance satisfaction and retention

- Achieve sales target and maximize business opportunities

- Handle business customers enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally

- Build up long-term relationships with customers to generate recurring business

Job requirement

- Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline

- 1-2 years experience in Business to Business sales / customer service areas

- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese

- Self-motivated, mature, responsible, able to work as a team player with good communication skill

- Fresh graduates will be considered as Sales Assistant

- Candidates with extensive experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive

- Immediate availability is preferred
