Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle hotline enquiries with multi-languages (Mainly English & Chinese)
Provide first tier helpdesk support including routine call, incident taking, logging and classification to local & APAC customers
Initial fast resolution to routine incidents - e.g. password reset
Escalate unsolvable cases to proper tier support team members
Shift duty required at 5 days per week, 9 hours per day with 1 hour meal break from 0700 to 2200

Requirements:

F.6 or above
Min. 1 year hands-on experience in customer service / helpdesk support
Knowledge on Information Technology / Computer Science is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (Fluent in English is a MUST)
Knowledge in Japanese / Korean is a PLUS
Good telephone manner, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills

Fresh graduates will be considered as IT Customer Service Assistant.
