Our client is a leading retail group that is quickly expanding its operations across Hong Kong and other APAC region. They are seeking for a proactive, driven, and customer-orientated Sales Associates (both full-time and part-time) to join their expanding team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs
• Maximize sales by achieving sales targets 
• Build and maintain a good and long-term relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer services
• Assist in daily operations of the stores
• Mainly responsible for store cash handling and administration duties

Ensure floor is organized in company standard in order to maximize sales on the shop floor

• Utilize the company's Strategic Selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.
• Assist in stock take
• Perform activities to assist in completing monthly audit checklist
• Ensure store is properly maintained

Key Requirements:

- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 years of experience in luxury retail industry
- Pleasant, customer-orientated, self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal skills and attentive
   to details
- Fluency in Cantonese. Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage。
