Job Description
Our client is a leading developer with different portfolio in China, to cope with their expansion, they are looking for Head of Leasing / Senior Leasing Manager (based in China)
Job Responsibilities
- To approach target tenants and meet company targets
- To monitor tenants’ agreements, mall combination and assist to promote the mall imagine and branding
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors and site engineering staff for customer services
- Handle the shopping mall activities
Job Requirements
- Over 8 years of leasing experience in HK developers or property consultancy
- Experience in mall leasing and retail operation in China
- Good team management and good interpersonal skills
- Able to station in China (Free accommodation will be provided)
