Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage daily activities of the operational sales support function but not limited to generating sales order confirmation, invoice arrangement and files delivery
• Coordinate with sales/logistic team for order delivery, credit note management and other logistics arrangements
• Liaise with internal & external parties to initiate and track orders to completion
• Facilitate and optimize business operation processes
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by the management

Requirement:

• Diploma graduate or above in any disciplines or equivalent;
• Minimum of 5 years' relevance experience preferably with trading industry, in which 2 years in supervisory role
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, well-organized and attention to details;
• Proactive, aggressive and result oriented
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
