Job Description
Our client is an SFC licensed savings and investment company in Hong Kong. They are at the very start of their journey to disrupt the mass market savings space for millennials across Asia.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy with the Head of Marketing and CEO focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new partnership opportunities and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective partners
- Give presentations / talks to promote the company’s products/services.
- Track and deliver a sales pipeline for leads, sales & revenues
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements
- 3-5 Years work experience
- Fluent Cantonese and English is a MUST
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience with a CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
