Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• Over 18 years of relevant experience in customer experience (CX)/operational optimization/business process re-engineering/change management from services-oriented corporations
• Change agent with a proven track record in fast-paced consumer-driven industries
• Expertise in design thinking/lean methodology/six sigma/project management/kaizen
• Innovative and empathetic leader with proven track record in mobilizing diverse teams toward a common goal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
