As a Project and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing and managing e-commerce projects on our remote workforce platform. This is an individual contributor role. You will be a key member of the team and will be the main interface between remote specialists and internal teams within Starlity and our OEM clients. In this role, you will:

• Build business development pipeline by engaging with identified customers and to reach and acquire more customers.
• Coordinate a team of remote marketers, designers, logistic, e-commerce specialists to execute go-to-market plans in target markets for consumer brands.
• Launch consumer products in key e-commerce markets including the US, UK, Germany, and Australia.
• Manage relationship with clients.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required.
• Research on product strategy, implement and optimize processes; including identification, specification, design and qualification of products.
• Work with internal teams to implement and optimize specialist and client management and coordination to bring products from research through go-to-market.
• Engage with specialists to conduct in-depth research to understand their needs while identifying and incorporating disruptive capabilities.
• Identify the right strategy to streamline customer profiles by enriching them with the right attributes through internal and external data sources to optimize Sales and Marketing outreach.
• Direct, create and execute product plans to deliver new features, adoption programs, customer surveys.
• Define the business requirements, customer experience priorities and build UX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong
• BS or BA degree from a university in Hong Kong
• Occasional travels to Mainland China or overseas
• Interest in e-commerce
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment
• Excellent written English communication skills
