Our client is one Chinese Tea Group with its own manufacturer and regional sales office in worldwide. To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidates to join the Chinese Tea Group in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

• Direct report to CEO
• Handle strategic sales & marketing planning, forecasting, budgeting and brand development
• Identify the new market trend, prepare market research and analysis reports
• Handle promotion and organize all events in order to enlarge the market share for Chinese Tea
• Lead the sales team to achieve organizational target
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in Chinese Tea industry
• Experience in Black Tea, Red Tea or Green Tea will be an advantage
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Management or related disciplines
• Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and practices of the Chinese Tea industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as "Sales & Marketing Manager"
