Accountabilities and Activities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients, medical and non-medical providers, and internal stakeholders
• Act as project manager in the development of new wellness products & services
• Work with our specialists to develop disease management programs
• Present opportunities to customers through analysis and presentations
• Constantly seek out new opportunities within the HK market and expand our workplace health proposition to other market units
• Gather market information to better enable targeted sales approach for workplace health services
• Assist Workplace Health Team to complete ad-hoc tasks to support delivery of projects and AOP
• Prepare sales reports and handle special projects as required

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have

• Diploma or above qualification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and product development, including experience on insurance, medical or wellness
• Good experience in project management
• Proven track record in sales achievement
• High level of presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong in influencing and negotiation
• Logical thinking, customer-focused mindset and to be a problem solver
• Strong sense of compliance, ethics and integrity
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer literacy
