Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop & implement effective strategic sales plan to achieve long term business plans
Responsible for P&L, managing and controlling the sales budgets
Develop and organize promotional and advertising plans to maintain corporate image and identity
Direct and manage the sales team including retail and wholesales sections

Requirements:

University graduate in Marketing or related discipline
10 years experience of which 8 years at managerial level in HK retail industries
Experience in FMCG will be an advantage
Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
Creative, self-motivated, independent and work under pressure
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin & English
