Job Description

 The incumbent will provide full support for system implementation and training especially on Online Booking Tool (OBT) and own the end to end solution until the solution/project completion while establishing and maintaining friendly and constructive relationship with existing corporate clients.

 The Job:

  • Engage and provide support for new customers’ implementation projects, including local and regional customers.
  • Define and manage the implementation project plan including timelines, dependencies resources, allocate project resources, cost and coordinate the workstream team leads, implementation discovery and the overall onboarding plan.
  • Be responsible for Sabre’s Profiles migration and PNR restructure process.
  • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans for the projects.
  • Facilitate communications between internal departments and improving existing client handling procedures
  • Enhance operation workflow in Greater China
  • Redeploy customer UDID and report requirements

  Requirements:

  • University graduate with major in business or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years’ business-to-business sales experience in service industries with at least 2 years’ experience in a management level.
  • Solid experience in system / project implementation
  • Proven track records in handling corporate business clients in travel industry.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure
