Reporting to Director (Direct to Consumer), you will be responsible for providing strategic operational leadership for a high paced and high volume operation team. The purpose of this role is to transform and improve the systems process, using digital tools and capabilities within the business unit pertaining to Sales Operations Planning. 

Responsibilities:

• Build, develop and optimize operations plan for business units’ expanding growth to achieve company goals
• Research and identify sales and operation trends
• Digitize operation structure and build analytics to optimize efficiencies
• Align budget and schedule for implementing business operations
• Perform resource allocation and work assignment for implementing business operations
• Work closely with Sales and Operation teams as well as with cross functional teams to ensure smooth transformational operations across all channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in business or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience of which no less than 5 years in supervisors level
• Strong operation development sense to explore sales opportunity
• Can do mindset, willing to work hard, online technology savvy
• Demonstrated coaching, facilitation and team building skills
• Self-starter with effective communication, problem solving and presentation skills
• Proficient in numbers, MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
