Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the Managing Director, to achieve brand’s objectives and expansion strategies
• Initiate, support and achieve the key business strategies for both online and brick and mortar points of sales
• Oversee and manage the daily operations management of shops as well as shop visits
• Responsible for shop planning, visual merchandising and inventory & stock management
• Analyze region’s needs, events and market trends
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
• Drive and motivate team members
• Deliver proper training to the team
• Work closely with HR to recruit the best team with the right culture fit

Requirements:

• University Graduate with degree in related disciplines
• 6/+ years retail operations experience, in which 3-5 years of shop management and supervisory experience in fashion retail/ FMCG or related industries
• Background in high fashion is highly preferable
• Experience in E-commerce is a must
• Strong people management skills, able to inspire, motivate, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service
• A good team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be flexible and adapt to change
• Positive, resourceful and committed
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, Chinese and English
• Solution driven
• Immediate availability preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Retail Operation Supervisor
