Responsibilities: 

• Handle order follow-up
• Prepare sales confirmation and purchase orders
• Assist in sample-handling and quotation preparation
• Input and update order processing information to ERP system
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of order
• Closely monitor order status to facilitate on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least one year work experience preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Computer literacy, ERP experience preferred
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
