Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operations of front desk, including handling of customer inquiries and order processing
• Assist in warehouse maintenance and stock count
• To coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Secondary graduate or above, with minimum 1 year solid customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), English & Chinese processing
• Team work, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and strong sense of responsibility
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Immediately available is preferred

工作範疇：

入職要求：

• 中學學歷或以上，具1年客戶服務者優先
• 懂電腦操作 (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)，懂中英文打字
• 性格勤力，守時，誠實，獨立，有禮，注重準確性
• 操良好廣東話, 普通話及英語
• 可即時到任者優先
