Job Description
Yuen Tung Sugar [YTS] is looking for a tenacious sales professional to join their sales team. The position has high earning potential, bonus sales rewards and leadership opportunities. Only the best person amongst a pool of candidates will be chosen. The sugar industry is a very bitter business.
Advancement Opportunities:
The candidate that has diligently proven their mastery of this role, will have the support of the YTS board of directors, granting promotions to positions not available to the public.
Job Description:
The sales representative’s core duties are to promote the YTS brand and its products. This is a client-facing role, requiring sales staff to conduct themselves with proper business manners. Compensation is based on completed sales. The right candidate will take responsibility to resolve client issues, with a positive attitude.
Job responsibilities including but not limited to:

Conduct full sales cycles, manage accounts and handle sales funnels

Proactively prospect new leads, contributing to the company’s book of business

Continuously build goodwill with clients and industry peers

Consistently book outbound sales meetings

Carry negotiations with positive enthusiasm

Crush sales targets with vigor

Provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness

Calmly handle challenges and emergencies decisively

Hard Skills

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Action-oriented, prioritize on-time task completion under pressure

English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, written and verbal business-level proficiency. Additional language skill is a bonus.

Sugar knowledge is an advantage

Diploma holder, with at least 3 years of experiences in direct sales/FMCG in the F&B industry [Required]
