Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet guests, handle customer inquiries and requests
• Ensure excellence customer experience to R ONE Space members and guests
• Manage member check-ins and check-outs
• Manage coffee station and serve inhouse member with hot brewed coffee
• Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community
• Support daily administration matters including mails and couriers, office supplies, office equipment, facilities management and maintain inventory record
• Support community events / programs
• Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures and ensure high work quality deliverance
• Handle adhoc tasks/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 6 graduate or above
• 2 years’ relevant working experience in customer services or administration
• Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
• Detail minded and multitasking
• Sociable, pleasant and passionate personality with a hands-on mentality and approach
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good telephone etiquette
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
