Responsibilities

Sales Performance Management:

• Uplift our capabilities in providing better support to maximize overall sales growth and profitability in line with the company plan
• Provide strong support in aiding the sales team to drive continuous success of their respective functions in achieving business goals
• Drive sales and conversions, and to take corresponding actions in collaborating with marketing team for leads maximization

Retail Development:

• Work with Branch Managers & Marketing Team to formulate Branch specific Sales Strategy and Promotion Tactics
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry developments and competitor activities
• Develop product sales talk and prepare sales tools for salesman
• Keep updated and understand of governmental and regulatory issues in the territory;
• Initiate and participate in sales channel development opportunities

• Drive operational efficiency and streamline overall team administrative work process and improve workflow
• Take lead in business transformation project where to harness digital information and technologies to improve business performance with BI/ Data visualization tool
• Facilitate the sharing of data, applications and insights across different parts of our organization

Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail development/ retail operation, MNC environment preferable
• Bachelor degree or above in business or related disciplines
• Extensive retail knowledge - retail operation, sales planning and retail promotion tactics 
• Creative mindset and with track record in putting conceptual idea from development to thorough execution
• Mature and independent worker with excellent stakeholder management, decision making and change management skills
• Passionate in automotive industry with appetite to drive innovative ideas and changes in matrix environment
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese/ English is a must
