Responsibilities  

• Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
• Provide professional mortgage services to customers.
• Assist in managing end-to-end loan processing from loan application, drawdown, rollover          and repayment in accordance with approved terms, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Manage operations on remittance, autopay, electronic bill payment and fund transfer etc.         
• To ensure the payment services are delivered smoothly and efficiently with regulatory              compliance
• Perform day end reconciliation and monitor all outstanding applications and payments.
• Prepare internal and external report to management and regulators if required.
• Eager to cross-sell the company products to desired customers.
• Work closely and monitor the service performance with vendors to maintain a good                  relationship and service qualities.
• Build and maintain good client base and relationship.
   

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Business Administration or any equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking payment operations including remittance,                    autopay, fund transfer and loans operations
• With proven track record in sales and services to any SME.
• Good knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements, with knowledge of application of                different licenses.
• Strong network with related business partners.
• Organized, responsible and drive for improvement opportunity.
• Good knowledge of mortgage products and related credit policies.
• Good command written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Candidates with less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Immediate available would be highly preferable.
