Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and accurate immigration consulting and visa processing service with potential clients
- Analyze clients' background, qualification and needs to recommend proper immigration solution plans
- Conduct and organize promotional and marketing activities for the immigration service with various channel (i.e. video making, live streaming etc.) to solicit new clients
- Coordinate with internal & external parties to achieve process completion
- Provide administration support during the application process
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements
- Good in Chinese and English; Fluent in Mandarin is a must
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in immigration services or related industry
- Excellent sense to provide accurate immigration advice
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated and hardworking
- Good time management skill and willing to meet tight deadline
- Strong in Microsoft Office
- Good in team work with excellent communication skill
- Willing to travel oversea, including PRC and other countries
- Immediate available is an advantage
